and consulting services to organizations small and large throughout the United States. We are committed to

Nichols, Cauley & Associates, LLC provides a full range of audit, accounting, tax and consulting services to a
variety of industries. With 17 partners and 16 managers leading an innovative professional team, we have the
expertise, experience and capability to serve organizations of all sizes, and to provide the personal service
and attention that our clients have come to expect.

business and consulting experience and are committed to utilizing that experience to serve our clients. We invest
in the hiring and training of talented individuals for team members and provide extensive continual training to
our team members to ensure you receive specialized and innovative service. In addition to Certified Public
Accountants (CPA), our team consists of professionals holding other designations including, Certified Financial
Planners™ (CFP®), Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Fraud Examiner
(CFE) and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). Our firm also has team members who have served as the
Chair of the State Board of Accountancy, President of the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants,
American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) Depository Institutions Experts Panel, board and
committee member of the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants and local civic and government boards
and committees.
Quality
Our firm is committed to providing quality services to our clients. We were a voluntary charter member of the
Private Companies Practice Section of the AICPA from 1979 until we transferred to the SEC Practice Section and
ultimately the Center for Public Company Audit Firms due to our increasing base of clients that were registered
public companies. We have also completed seven consecutive peer reviews. Our most recent peer review report was
an unqualified opinion without a letter of comment. Only a small percent of all firms included in the peer review
process receive such an honor.
