ENHANCED FUNCTIONALITY FOR CHECK ADJUSTMENTS VIA FEDLINE WEB

Beginning December 21, 2003, new Check Adjustments via FedLine Web enhancements increased customer flexibility and selection options. Customers will also have the ability to customize their Inbox and Outbox. These enhancements should increase the customers’ efficiency in their check adjustment processes.

Some of the more significant enhancements made by FRB Financial Services include:

  • Determine if a Check Adjustments message has a Document to Follow (DTF) attached
  • Customize by setting defaults for the data elements that are shown in your Inbox and Outbox
  • Print multiple selectable messages and DTFs
  • Set a Large Dollar review limit, part of the new Supervisor access-level feature

A full list of all the latest enhancements is available on the Federal Reserve Financial Services’ website here .

Instructions for FedLine Web customers wishing to receive the enhancement are also on the above-mentioned website.
