Regulation B- Equal Credit Opportunity Act
The purpose of this regulation is to promote the availability of
credit to all creditworthy without regard basis to race, color,
religion, national origin, sex, martial status, age, receipt of
public assistance or the fact that the applicant has exercised any
right under the Consumer Credit Protection Act.

Regulation C- Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA)
The purpose of this regulation implements the Home Mortgage Disclosure
Act (HMDA) which is intended to provide regulators and the public
with the loan data that can be used to determine whether banks are
serving the credit housing needs of their communities. Loan Application
Register (LAR) are required to be maintained by lenders as a mechanism

The purpose of this regulation is to limit the risk that the failure
of a depository institution would pose to insured depository institutions.

Regulation AA- Defines Unfair and Deceptive
Credit Practices and Acts
This regulation addresses unfair and deceptive credit practices
acts and consumer complaints. The Act requires disclosures to cosigners
